17. Wadi Degla
• We are pleased to inform you that Migaa has entered into a partnership
with the Egyptian conglomerate Wadi Degla Holdings through their local
subsidiary Wadi Degla Investment (K) ltd.
• The agreement between Migaa and Wadi Degla involves development of
the remaining front nine holes of Migaa 18 hole championship golf course,
Sports Facilities, Club House and management of the golf course to serve
the residents of Migaa.
• Each Migaa plot owner or unit owner will get a free Wadi Degla
membership and will have a chance to reciprocate to any other Wadi
Degla branches both locally and abroad and shall have rights to the
facilities managed by Wadi Degla anywhere in the world.
• Wadi Degla is expected to complete construction within 12 months after
commencement.
