NEED FOR SIMPLE FINANCE
1.Every company wants to speed up the business process. In
ECC due to batch processing's the company cannot speed up
the business process.
2.Delay in the Period end closing.
3.Accounting adjustments – Posting into closed periods for
restatement.
4.Data loading Problems – For consolidation in the BPC
system the data has to be loaded in to BW server and then to
the BPC System which is a time consuming process. By the
time the consolidation report is generated the data becomes
outdated i.e real time data is not available.

TRADITIONAL DATABASE SYSTEMS
•All these general and accounting related problems were
linked to the functioning of the traditional database systems.
•The traditional database systems were designed to perform
well on computer systems with limited RAM. Due to which
the slow disk I/O was the main bottleneck.

DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS OF SIMPLE FINANCE
1.ON PREMISE- In this scenarios the client will have the
infrastructure in its premises. The client has to configure as done
in the ECC by using available building blocks, SAP best practices
etc. This approach can be used for a new client where SAP is not
there. Modifications can be done by the company
2.CLOUD – When the client opts for cloud, all the business
processes are pre defined. We have to add the master data of the
client to the cloud.
3.HYBRID- This is combination of both on premise and cloud.
Large companies which are using on premise implementation may
opt to run specific functions on cloud.
