► Prof. K. Aswathappa says that,‘HRM is management function that helps manager
to recruit, select, train, and develop members for an organization‘.
► Principle of individual development = To offer each and every
opportunity to every employee to realize his or her full potential and
capability.

► Principle of fair remuneration = To
fair and equitable wages and salaries
commiserating with jobs.
► Principle of participation = To
associated employee
representative at every level of
decision making.
► Principal of incentive = To
recognize and reward
performance.
► Principal of team work = To
promote cooperation and team
spirit among employees.
► Principle of free flow of communication = To keep all channels of
communication open and encourage upward, downward, horizontal, formal
and informal communication.
