2014-Present Conhagen Rotating Specialists Kenner, LA
Mechanic Helper
 Responsible for the housekeeping and workspace efficiency of work areas in the shop.
 Took quantitative yet quality pictures of pumps when received to document their condition.
 Performed numerous test ensuring proper function of pump and all components.
 Remained conscious of time spent on production versus non production in order to get the best
financial return on the job.
 Assisted mechanics in full assembly and teardown of rotating equipment.
 Performed maintenance and repair on downed machinery in shop.
 Achieved recognition for being safety minded and filling out the most safety awareness forms in a
quarter.

Veteran Liaison/Recruiter
 Helped develop the Battlefields to Oilfields program from a consumer standpoint making the program
more attractive to veterans.
 Designed and implemented initial recruiting plans for companies and prospective students.
 Produced research on most valuble means of recruitment resulting in over 140 veterans trained and
thousands of inquirys.
 Marketing of PEC’s veterans program which involved recruiting both companies and veteran candidates.
 Held private meetings for numerous companies in the industry to demonstrate the benefits of hiring
veterans resulting in over 20 companies coming on board.
 Utilized broadcast media to advertise the program.
 Led the recruitment initiative attending numerous job fairs nationwide. Obtaining company leads as well
as student leads.
 Established contact with job fair leads, created a database to keep up with transitioning students and
nurtured relationships with recruits. Including working directly with families to ease concerns and
provide reassurance about the program.
 Liaised with students and companies to ensure all concerns were met with viable solutions.
 Managed relations between PEC and South Central Louisiana Technical College by assisting with VA
related questions, gathered required documents, and streamlined processes between the two institutions.
