Gary Green – 0414 805 163 EMPLOYMENT HISTORY April 2011 - Present Engineering Technician Sustainable Solutions International Pty Ltd Position involves arranging maintenance services on small-medium privately operated wastewater and water treatment plants as well as providing estimating, quoting and troubleshooting services to various clients. Duties include telephoning and emailing clients and service suppliers, creating purchase orders to carry out various works, visiting site and directing plumbers and electricians to carry out various aspects of maintenance services, recording services and providing detailed written reports which include analysis of various data gathered from site. Role requires verbal and written (including computer/ typing) skills for client interaction and contractor coordination and report writing. November 2010 – April 2011 Level 1 Help Desk Support IBM, Brisbane Position involved providing Level 1 Help desk support (telephone) for Apple. Duties included answering telephone inquiries, and providing technical support to Apple customers,by probing , analyzing, isolating and resolving issues. Role requires verbal skills for customer service which treats customers in a positive and empathetic manner, as well as computer/ typing skills for timely and concise case logging and updating customer information.
