Godfrey Martin Ltd is a Chartered Building Company founded in 2012 by Anthony Godfrey and Kevin Martin
who share the same passion for the construction industry.
‘Our goal is to become known for Quality, Reliability and Delivery gaining trust and a
reputation for consistently exceeding client’s expectations’.
The organisation operates as a principal contractor within London and the South East providing
Construction, Fit-Out and Refurbishment services across various commercial sectors of the industry
including Residential, Health Care, Leisure, Education, Heritage and Industrial within a value range of
£100k to £1.5m.
Our clients expect a high quality product delivered on time and within budget paying particular
attention to the Environment and Health & Safety. This must be achieved while minimising the impact
on their day to day business activities.
At Godfrey Martin we take an innovative and proactive approach to each project whatever sector,
however large or small, however complex and having gained a clear understanding of the client’s needs
and expectations set out to work in harmony with the client and professional team to ensure success.
We commit to every project an experienced and dedicated Full Time Site Manager or Working Foreman with
a minimum of SMSTS and First Aid Training to ensure our sites are safe and run efficiently while providing
clear communication to the client and professional team.
