amp,voltor ohmmeters,phasingandcable testsets,faultfinder,explosimeterandcable locator.
Patrolslines,investigatesservicesinterruptionsandmakestemporary orpermanentrepairsasneeded.
Operatesconstructionvehicle auxiliariesandotherpoweredequipment.Instructsanddirects
apprenticesandhelpers.Performsrelatedsemi-skilledandunskilledworkasrequired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledgeof:Fundamentals of electricityasappliedtoelectriccircuitryandoperationof electrical
equipment;mechanical principlesasappliedtoriggingandthe operationof toolsandequipment;test
instrumentsandprocedures;accidentpreventionrulesandsafeworkpractices; State General Orders95
and 128 and Companyconstructionmethodsandstandards;andoverheadandundergroundmaterials,
tools,andequipment.
