SlideShare is a website that gives users the ability to upload and share publicly
or privately PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Adobe PDF Portfolios,
audio and video presentations.
USE THE TOOL FOR TEACHING
Slideshare is a tool 2.0, therefore may be useful in teaching. There are many
advantages offered by this tool. The greatest value of SlideShare, it must be said,
is not actually in the classroom but in the time it saves teachers preparing lessons
and in preparing their own presentations. Furthermore, here, the teacher can
present visually and schematic information that otherwise might become dense;
moreover, that it is a mediating tool where students can grasp more smoothly the
message they are transmitted. Currently, Slideshare is one tool that provides
greater benefits to teachers and students, therefore, is one of the most used in
education
C) THE IMPORTANCE OF USING THIS TOOL
The implementation of web 2.0 is very useful, as it allows us to manage an
account where archive, publish and disseminate our presentations. The benefits
of this service, is in the choice to share and access information from anywhere;
besides that we can post them on a website or blog, socialize it through a link
with our friends or students, choose our favorites, etc.
