Lesson Objectives Psychomotor:Students will be able to demonstrate the critical points ofcatchinga football 8 out of10 times correctly duringa
practice setting.
Cognitive:Students will be able to recite thecritical points of catchinga football by verballyansweringquestions correctly when
calledupon usingthe call, ask, andanswer technique.
Affective:Students will display goodsportsmanshipandteamworkwhile playing a competitive game ofUltimateFootball.
H-R Fitness: Students will participate in a pre-plannedmoderate to vigorous warm up andwill participate in flexibility,muscle
strength, muscle endurance, andcardiovascular endurance activities duringthe lesson.
SafetyConsiderations:Proper shoes toavoidslipping. Keepstudents far
enough away they do not run intobleachers.
