To address VUCA world leaders seek out newer, fresher ideas to tackle the change. As we are looking for new trends in project management on of them is self-organization and empowerment of the people. With this approach project, managers and agile coaches can craft collaborative, innovative, creative and productive teams. I will share some real-life examples and techniques for embracing the change and dealing with VUCA through unleashing the power of trust and empowerment. People in the audience will get a chance to check how Management 3.0 concepts work in practice and should be able to adopt similar tools for managing their projects.
