towards you; which in turn supports positive behaviors and generating sales.
This is how I would describe Darina Benders selling style.
Darina is constantly in the mindset of thinking 'about what she can do next. How she can sell
more, how she can drive traffic to the store. Connecting the dots and building a brand at a global
level is not an easy concept.
Thinking and projecting a positive attitude: Darina focusing on all things positive, yes I can get
that for you; yes we will make that work. Darina is relentless in doing and trying to get what her
customers want, even if they are sold out CLB Nude Patent leather pumps. Not to mention
booking two appointments for Kiton during the Saks Mens New York Event.
Other having a positive outlook towards her: Darina had 7 WOW's within the month of March
alone.
Supporting positive behaviors & generating sales: Darina has over 100 clients in her MyClients
even though she has been with us a little over ninety days, with 65% of her personal sales coming
from her client book. Darina has also 8 instants this season so far while capturing 86 emails. All of
these great behaviors are the key foundations that SUPPO(t her sales penetration rate of 75.3% of
Jo Malone total net sales.
