NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Duties included managing the administrative processes and clinical delivery of services of a
network of school-based mental health providers, consisting of 80+ professional staff, including
3 clerical staff, 3 supervising psychologist, and 50+ social workers, 17 psychologists, and 5
interns. Additional clinical duties include direct supervision of mental health services at 230+
schools, administrative duties include conducting performance evaluations of staff, serving on
multiple district-level committees, overseeing budgetary needs, and ensuring fidelity in
operations and functions of the mental health center. In addition, administrative consultation,
workshops, & trainings with district administrators, parents, community providers, and mental
health service providers to ensure the multifaceted needs of children and youth are met, were
also ongoing duties. Also a major aspect of this position was serving as the mental health center
spokesperson as the face of school-based mental health for the district. Additional
responsibilities & projects: Communicating with other departments to ensure fidelity of Mental
Health Services. Spearheaded & Coordinated Mental Health & Wellness fair; Chair of
Professional Development APA accreditation. Reviewed and approved regional expenses via e-
procurement process.
