NATURE
The Sun is the biggest star.
Rocks are hard.
Leaves fall in autumn.
NATURAL RESOURCES
I see animals in the farm.
I feel ground under my feet.
I smell the flowers.
I hear the birds’ singing.
RECYCLING
How to help the planet: reducing, reusing, recycling.
3. The words nature and
natural are used for all the
things that are normally not
made by humans. Things
like weather, organisms,
landforms, celestial bodies
and much more are part of
nature.
NATURE
8. A natural resource is something
that is found in nature and can be
used by people. Earth's natural
resources include light, air, water,
plants, animals, soil, stone,
minerals, and fossil fuels.
People need some natural
resources to stay alive. They use
others to make their lives better.
NATURAL RESOURCES
11. Recycling is a way to reduce
the amount of garbage that is
thrown away. ... The garbage
is sent to landfills, where some
of it pollutes the land and air.
As a result of recycling, some
things that would have been
thrown away are reused
instead in new products.
