 Lead a successfulSix Sigma project at a chronic (over 15 years) low performing supplier that resulted in
Boeing and the supplier realizing an annual savings of over $176,000.
 Lead a successfulSix Sigma project at a chronic low performing supplier (bottom5%) that resulted in the
supplier achieving High Performing Status. This Supplier was recognized as the “most improved” supplier
of the year and their Quality Director delivered a key note address at Boeing’s California Region’s Supplier
Quality end of the year meeting attended by Executive Boeing Quality Management, critiquing their Six
Sigma path to recovery.
 Lead / mentored 12 Six Sigma projects resulting in improvements measured in supplier Failure Mode and
Effects Analysis (FMEA / PFMEA) on average of 347 to 737 percent.
 A Six Sigma Project resulted in a Detailed Process Map of the Contract Review Process to be used
Corporate wide in a multinational corporation.
