hired as a Product Manager for EK Success Brands in 2010 reporting directly to me. Anam was
brought on to help the organization kick off a new venture. This was a very complex project that
involved a critical key account and was vital to the corporation’s long-term growth objectives.
Anam stepped into this role with confidence and professionalism. Being business savvy,
she quickly helped to organize the team and identify the critical path and time-lines for the
project’s success. She was instrumental in determining key milestones, action plans, multi-
tasking, structuring requirements and a work-flow process to ensure the team was able to track
progress across several programs within the project.
Throughout the course of her work on my team, I found Anam to be efficient, effective and
