Editor's Notes
-OOTB, all configuration
Might be a misconception that non profits can’t have great software and great platforms, that’s not true. There are technology solutions out there that can be implemented with minimal code/configuration, like Office 365, that can fit within the operating model of a nonprofit.
Maybe some of you have heard of Office 365
It’s more than SharePoint, but also less than SharePoint
For several reasons, it’s a fantastic solution for non profits
Talk ab out Premium vs E3
-Met with business over multiple sessions, understood business problems
Google forms were in use. However, over time had become unwieldy. Search wasn’t good. Form wasn’t good, archive wasn’t good.
-May look at requirements, and think “custom app”. If you have the budget this could be done.
-Simple Access database wouldn’t cut it.
-Enable Document Set Feature
-Add Export To Excel View with all fields checked.
