How to complete your Beta Gamma Sigma membership
Please read all of the following instructions before you begin the process - membership fee payment (if
applicable) by credit card and rsvp for the Induction ceremony is all completed in one online session, via this

2. 1. Payment of Membership Fee
· For Bachelors’ and Masters’ graduates there is a one-off (lifetime) membership fee of $80.00
(NZD).
· There is no membership fee for PhD graduates.
2. RSVP for Induction ceremony
· Once paid, you can rsvp for the 2014 Beta Gamma Sigma Induction Ceremony:
Wednesday 3 September
5.30 pm - 7.00pm
Sir Paul Reeves Building (WG)
· You have the option to bring one or two guests to the ceremony.
3. Deadlines
· Once you confirm your membership via the link above and pay the fee (if applicable), you will be
sent a welcome email from Beta Gamma Sigma, with instructions to complete your member
profile.
· To guarantee your BGS certificate arrives from the United States in time for the Induction
ceremony, please complete your BGS profile by Thursday 21 August.
· The online registration/rsvp facility will remain open until Monday 25 August. However, your
invitation to BGS membership remains open indefinitely, therefore if you wish to join Beta
Gamma Sigma after 25th
