Your graduation ceremony, at which your certificate will be presented, will be held at Chester Cathedral in
November 2015. It is extremely important that you let the Graduation Office know if you will attend the
Graduation ceremony and receive your award in person or if you are unable to attend your ceremony and wish
to receive your award in absentia. To confirmeither way, complete the on-line booking formwhich can be
accessed via the University website www.chester.ac.uk/graduation, and select the ‘Graduation Booking Form'
link. The deadline for your response is Monday 5 October 2015. If you are viewing these results online
additional information regarding graduation will be sent to your home address shortly.

The University has an appeals procedure; students wishing to appeal should contact the Students' Union in
the first instance, noting that the deadline for submission of an appeal is 14 days fromthe date the results were
published on the Portal. Grounds for appeal are strictly limited and students should note that they may not
appeal against academic judgement.
