On October 6, 2014, Prime Time Catering accepted IS2B’s plan to craft
an entirely new system for their company. Upon analysis of the business
and the system they used in the past, an automated system has
created to meet their needs. This new system is designed to increase
efficiency, saving time and effort, with an easy-to-use format.
3. CLIENT INFORMATION REVIEW
• Prime Time Catering provides catering and event services for weddings,
special events, etc.
• PTC also operates a full-service delicatessen, specializing in gourmet
foods
• The company is staffed by 2 managers (including Martine Brandenburg,
President) and 10 service employees.
