 Training
 We provide online training to all the field staff of the Distributor on Product
Knowledge, soft skill development, customer handling, retail survey, Doctor
product matrix etc.
 We also provide In house training and on job training to the field staff during
our visit to the country which is at least once in a quarter
 Field Sales Promotion
 Beside monitoring the activities of the field staff of the distributors on daily
basis in regard to implementation of strategy for development of sales, we work
in the field along with them to validate the same and meet the customer
personally for Business Development
 We participate in submitting various tenders if allowed by the company, which
are issued from time to time in the country by Government & Non Government
authorities
 We have a strong data base of around 1650 Drs to whom we promote our
products over phone calls and E mails beside the promotion done by the field
staffs
 We participate and contribute our views and ideas in developing marketing
strategy by the Company

 We push the sales team of the Distributor and also follow up
from our end over mail and phone calls for collection of the
payments from the whole sellers to ensure smooth realization of
payment to the Company

9. PRIVACY POLICY
We strictly adhere to Privacy Policy to maintain the
confidentiality of data and marketing strategies.
We are in agreement of marketing with a single
company at any moment of time and does not disclose
any details about them with any other client
We destroy all the data, documents, marketing
strategies & materials after the agreement is
permanently closed.

Client to use them till the agreement period and do
not share with any other person or company who is not
a part of the management
