2. INTRODUCTION
“ Hydrological water cycle
is a simplified description of the ways in
which water moves from one place to
another and how much is transported .The
water in the atmosphere condenses and
then fall as rain or snow.”
5. EVAPORATION
Evaporation is the
essential part of hydrological cycle .The
sun drives evaporation of water from
ocean and other sources of water.
Evaporation occurs when surface of liquid
is exposed and form water vapour .This
water vapour can then rise up and form
cloud.
6.
7. CONDENSATION
Condensation is the change
of physical state of matter from gas phase
into liquid phase and is the reverse of
evaporation .
8.
9. PRECIPITATION
Precipitation is the product
of the condensation of atmospheric
water cycle that falls under gravity.
Precipitation occurs when the
portion of the atmosphere becomes
saturated with water vapour ,so that the
precipitation occurs.

11. INFILTRATION
Infiltration is the process
by which water on the ground enters the soils.
Much of the rain soaks into the ground by
infiltration and forms ground water.

13. RUN OFF
Another part flows over
the surface as runoff and finds its way into
river .Ultimately it reaches the sea .
14.
15. TRANSPIRATION
Another part is absorbed by
plant roots .It is carried up to leaves and
return to the atmosphere by
transpiration .
