1. Must
“Must” is commonly used to express
certainty. It can also be used as an internal
obligation or it's necessary to do
something.
Examples:
This must be the right address (certainty)
That must be Jerry. He's tall and blond.

2. Mustn't
“Mustn't” or "Must not" suggests that you are
prohibited from doing something. It means that
something is not allowed; it is forbidden, and
you definitely shouldn't do it.
Examples:
My little brother mustn't enter to my room.
You mustn't smoke in any school.
(They mean "entering and smoking are not allowed in the room or any school.")

3. Don't need to
“Don't need to” suggests that someone is not
required to do something. It means that
something is not necessary, but you can do it if
you want to -- It's up to you!
Examples:
You don't need to eat that.
(You can if you want to, but it is not necessary.)
You don't need to pass the test.
(It means "It's OK if you pass the test, but it's also OK if you don't pass it.")
