To connect with the Overseas Indian investors and business owners, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Overseas Indian Facilitation Center (OIFC, a PPP set-up by the Government with CII) have launched, the India Fellows Programme for young Diaspora entrepreneurs and professionals in partnership with the Indian School of Business (ISB).
