3. RESOURCE PERSONS
Dr. J. Raja Murugadoss, currently serving as the Director of NSRIT, holds a
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Having more than
two decades of experience in teaching & academic administration, he
possesses a strong vision for equipping students with the essential
employability skills. He has also provided guidance to Ph.D. scholars and
served as a Ph.D. examiner at various universities. He has delivered
numerous lectures on subjects such as quantifying learning OBE, OBA, and
NEP 2020 at various educational institutions. He is deeply committed to the
successful implementation of NEP 2020. His passaion towards OBE enabled
him to run a virtual academy called "RubricsEdu.com" driven by his personal
passion to propagate the true essence of OBE and OBA to stakeholders. To
date, he has provided training to over 1000 faculty members from across
the country through this initiative and he is known for bringing visibility and
branding for institutional development with inclusive growth.
Dr. Abudhahir, Played significant role for National Board of Accreditation
(NBA), New Delhi to become the signatory member of Washington Accord by
developing accreditation criteria, disseminating the Outcomes based
education and accreditation to institutions across India. He served in NBA as
member of the Engineering Accreditation and Evaluation Committee (EAEC)
and Moderation Committee. As a resource person, delivered more than 200
lectures on Outcome Based Education and Accreditation at the workshops
conducted by NBA, New Delhi. Since 2012, has been advisor in Engineering
Staff College of India (ESCI), Hyderabad to design workshops and seminars.
Presently he is with Cresent Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to
be University), Chennai.
Dr.G.Vijay kumar, is currently working as a professor in mechanical
engineering department of N S Raju institute of technology. Has 21
years of Teaching experience. Completed B.Tech in Mechanical
Engineering in the year 2000. Pursued M.Tech in Mechanical
Manufacturing technology from NIT-calicut, kerala, in the year 2002.
Obtained PhD from JNTU Hyderabad in the year 2012. Published 30
papers in international/national journals and conferences. Guided
25 B.Tech and 8 M.Tech projects. He has an extensive knowledge on
OBE, OBA and a Life member of ISTE and INSc . Received a Medal
from Governor of Andhra Pradesh, for Motivating Largest Number
of Blood Donors during 2004- 2005 as NSS progrmme officer.

Dr. K. Chandra Bhusha Rao, who holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and
Communication Engineering, is a highly experienced academician
with over 30 years of involvement in the field of higher education,
serving in various capacities. Currently, he holds the position of
Director of Academic Planning at JNTU-GV, Andhra Pradesh. Dr.
Bhusha Rao is a distinguished member of several professional
organizations, including IEEE, and has an extensive research
portfolio. Additionally, he serves as a program evaluator for the
National Board of Accreditation (NBA), demonstrating his profound
understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Outcome-Based
Assessment (OBA), and the National Education Policy 2020. His
expertise has been instrumental in supporting numerous
educational institutions across the country in their accreditation
and ranking endeavors.
Dr. Muruganantham Ponnusamy currently holds the position of
Deputy Registrar at IIIT Kalyani. Throughout his career, he has held
various significant roles in several prominent Higher Education
Institutions (HEIs) in India. With over 30 years of experience in
teaching and research, he holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Muruganantham possesses extensive expertise in Accreditation
processes, encompassing both Indian accreditation agencies and
international accreditation procedures. His knowledge and insights
in this field have benefited numerous institutions. Additionally, he is
a senior member of multiple professional organizations and has
undertaken international visits to further enhance his expertise.
Dr. R Priya Vaijayanthi serves as the Dean of IQAC and is a Professor in the
CSE (AIML) program at NSRIT. Her educational background includes a Ph.D.
in Information Retrieval Systems from Anna University, Chennai. With a
passionate teaching career spanning more than two decades, she has held
positions in esteemed Autonomous Institutions. Dr. Vaijayanthi's academic
interests revolve around Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Algorithms.
Furthermore, she possesses significant expertise in Outcome-Based
Education (OBE) and Accreditation processes, with a wealth of experience in
accreditation at both the institute and program levels. Dr. Vaijayanthi has
actively contributed to workshops and Faculty Development Programs
(FDPs), where she has delivered informative sessions on topics such as the
National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, OBE, OBA, and RBT.
Dr S. Sambhu Prasad, is currently Principal of Nadimpalli
Satyanarayana Raju Institute of Technology. He holds a doctoral
degree in Mechanical Engineering havomg more than 3 decades of
experience in teaching & research. He is Life Member of Indian
Society for Technical Education, Associate Member of Indian
Institution of Industrial Engineering and Life Member of ASCI
Association. He had many Research Publications in reputed
International / National Journals. Also he possess extensively
knowledge on outcome based education and accreditation. Also he
has sphere headed several initiatives at various capacities in few
HEIs and his effort has brought several significant impact on the
institutional development.
Dr. D Sirisha is a Professor, CSE Department, NS Raju Institute of Technology,
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She has 20 years’ experience in teaching
and 12 years’ experience as a researcher. Her research work mainly focuses
on Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing, Machine Learning
and Algorithms. Her research aims at scheduling workflows on
Heterogeneous Computing Environments which is proven to be NP-
Complete problem. She has presented and published several papers in
International Conferences and Journals. She is recognized as a reviewer for
several Scopus/SCI International Conferences/Journals and delivered
keynote addresses at International Conferences. She was also a recipient of
Best Teacher Award.
