1. Production Logo
My production company is called “Black Line Media”, I chose to call it this because
the name sounds urban, and the genre of my opening sequence is urban drama. I
created my production logo in Photoshop. I used the most basic font and then
manipulated each letter individually using the warp text tool, to give it a graffiti style
look, I think this made it suitable for the genre of the film. I used white and red on a
black background because graffiti is usually done with light colours on a dark, dirty
wall.
I then animated my production logo in Sony Vegas. I made animated it so that the
white black line media turned black, to connote the dark, grimey settings of urban
dramas.
