Objective I am a highly motivated individual with a need to strive for excellence
within my own field. I can work well within a team or using my own
initiative in order to plan and implement learning and assessment
strategies. I feel that I can bring these attributes to a variety of learning
environments and I feel that this is born out by my commitment to
continuous professional development as demonstrated in the attached
CPD document. My objective is to develop my planning and delivery
skills within training and assessment, while having a clear focus on the
advancement and achievement of the candidates I work with.
