accredited by RICS and CIOB, and has taught me many skills which have real life
application such as the ‘Integrated Project’ module, which is designed to produce a
finished project using professionals (in this case students) from different fields (QS,
BS, CPM, Built Environment and Realtor).
Employment History and Relevant Experience
• Peak Property Ltd, London (2010-2013), three separate summer placements

event manager. Duties included: setting up of event, promoting event, organising
team members.
• Oakland Projects (June 2014-September 2015), Junior Construction Project

programmes of work, liaising with clients, suppliers, building inspectors, local
authorities, structural engineers, party wall surveyors and superior managers.
Alongside management duties, I spent a substantial amount of time shadowing
other trades, developing skills in all areas such as; first and second fix joinery,
masonry skills, first fix plumbing, basics in tiling.
I also spent a large portion of my own free time using Google sketch-up Pro and V-
ray rendering software to help potential clients and existing clients visualise what
the prospective works would look like. Oakland projects specialised in luxury
refurbishments of large homes and high end shop fits through out the UK.
• Barratt Developments PLC (May 2016-Present), Assistant Site Manager. During the
9 months I have worked for Barratt Developments PLC I have been involved in the
daily running of site, calling off materials, site health and safety and now run the on
site customer care under supervision from my contracts manager alongside
conducting all pre-plasters and home demonstrations as I felt it was important for
every customer to have a familiar face once they move in to their new home.
Due to being on the accelerated graduate scheme I have had the luxury to
understand all areas of the company having been involved in rotations throughout
the different departments. This has given me a greater understanding of how a
large scale construction firm works and the process that involved from the start of
any project right through to completion.

I am sociable person with excellent communication skills. Throughout my life I have kept
active and healthy, whilst maintaining a strong work ethic. I’ve always been highly driven to
