3. What is G.U.T.S.
GUTS is a gaming clan with the sole purpose of uniting players of different skill levels
across multiple platforms and games. G.U.T.S. is in earliest stages as its only compose of
2 members right now. The leader being Gin, and the co-leader being Nick.
G.U.T.S. aims to bring players together through competitive gaming and through casual
gaming. G.U.T.S. seeks to forge friendships and teams between gamers of similar games
and expand gamer’s interests within the field of gaming. G.U.T.S. is not all about
competitive gaming, as its made for casual players and competitive gamers. G.U.T.S. is
made for all type of players. G.U.T.S. will be situated in various platforms and games
across the gaming community. But mainly, G.U.T.S. will be forge in Minecraft, as it holds
a huge percentage of unique and social players. As previously stated, G.U.T.S. is in its
earliest stages, as of now its estimated that the clan would be fully active in a time
frame of 4 to 8 months. After that time frame, G.U.T.S. would be fully active and ready
to bring gamers together with a custom forum, a custom unique website, a youtube, a
twitch, and a organize structure. Right now, we are seeking members who are able to
fulfill the role and responsibility of being leaders in the clan. Right now, applications are
open for those who are able to fill the role of Officers/admins.

Similar to a “police.” Tasked with the
responsibility to manage and enforce clan
rules and the clan safety.
5. How the clan works
Leadership hierarchy:
In GUTS there are several high leadership positions which we refer to as officers. Agent,manager, artists, coach,
and moderator. Each of these position is of high power and responsibility and manage several other lower officer
positions. These positions are similar to categories as they are later divided into other categories. Each of these
position is responsible for maintaining other officer positions similar to such position. To put it in simple terms:
Each of the high leadership positions (Agent, Manager, Artist, Coach, Moderator) (With the exception of Leader
and Co-leader, as they manage the entire clan) are responsible for managing their own divisions which reflect
their position. Example: The manager position which is responsible for the management of the clan’s website,
forum, youtube, twitch and the clan’s database, is divided into a smaller division separated from the main
hierarchy of the clan. This smaller division would include positions such as youtube manager, twitch manager, etc.
This division would be compose of a team of about 1 to 4 members who are able to fulfill that part of the
division’s duties. The Manager position is the head of that division and one of the main 5 officers in the upper
hierarchy of the clan. The smaller divisions under the supervision of one of the main 5 officers all share the same
level of power yet hold different responsibilities. The smaller division which is compose of ranks lower than the 5
main officers are divided into several positions which would be compose of a team of about 1 to 4 members.
EX: The Agent Position is for one member who manages the Agent division. The agent division would be divided
into 4 or so positions where each position is a group of 1 to 4 members.

The Main clan hierarchy which is refer to as the leadership hierarchy is compose of (From most power to the least

Members:
All new members who are accepted into the clan once the clan is accepting member ranks are organize into a no-
power beginner zone. This zone is made for new members who join the clan’s ranks. In this zone members have
no power as they are put into a 2 to 1 month test where they prove their skills and see fit into a smaller division
or into the main member rank.
The main member rank is compose of casual members who seek no officer or smaller team division
responsibilities. Compare to the no power beginner zone, the member rank does hold power.
7. Agent
The agent position holds the most power out of the 5 main officer positions as their duties are a lot.
Agents are responsible for duties such as documentation, advertisement, recruitment, managing member
positions and ranks, event management, team management, communication, etc. They are the backbone
of the clan as they organize the clan’s structure. They recruit members into the clan and organize them
into teams and ranks. They organize events that keep member interest up. The manage advertisement
and communication of the clan. They also help formulate documentation for the clan. They work closely
with the leader and co-leader.

8. Manager
Managers are in simple terms, responsible for managing the clan, hence the name. Although their
responsibilities require a lot of effort, it isn’t as heavy as the responsibility of the agents. Managers mainly
manages youtube, twitch, forums, website, member database, etc.
Managers help manage members and see if other divisions are working in unity. They manage youtube,
twitch accounts and help address them to players. Also responsible for maintaining the status of the forums
and the website. They might also be call in to address budget, and sponsorships.

Moderators are responsible for moderating the clan, hence the name. They are responsible for securing the
safety of the clan. They enforce clan rules and manages members to see if such rules are being followed.
They are tasked with dealing proper punishment to offenders. Moderators are broken into several teams for
moderating twitch, youtube, forums and website.

10. Artists
This is one of the most laidback positions as it requires a lot of skills. This position is for those who are skillful in the
graphics area, as they are in charge with clan logos, clan animations, etc. Unlike the other positions, Artists don’t have
duties they need to fulfill over time yet jobs they need to perform. Such as making a clan logo or editing a video. This is
a special rank as it holds a lot of power yet requires a lot of skill with not a lot of duties. Must be highly skill in various
graphic softwares.

into a organize clan. To start the main development of the clan into a organize structure, a team of 5 officers who
