An introduction to a complex guild.
RoH is a guild. Guilds were originally made with the goal
to make the best use of a player’s time in-game. They
allow us to easily group together with the same people;
creating consistency and opportunities for friendship.
 Our website:
remnantsofhope.com
has a massive forum that lets
people communicate with
each other and the whole
guild.
 Our TeamSpeak 3 server lets
us voice chat together in
groups, which allows
communication between
people while playing games.
In the game there is a guild system which seamlessly
groups us together. We can give global messages
throughout the guild, and have access to players while
they’re playing.
What makes RoH different from other guilds?
The main element of RoH is community.
 We protect our members from disrespect and
harassment
 We have systems to support organization of members
 We create diverse events for members to get involved
in and spend fun times together
 We are a “play what/how you want to” guild, which
means we don’t pressure members into doing
anything they do not want to do
RoH is a mature guild
 Maturity comes in all forms, but legally you must be
13 years old or more to join
 We want players who can be open-minded to diverse
kinds of people from all backgrounds
 We have a Code of Conduct to ensure the safety of
everyone in the guild. Every member must follow it if
they wish to continue their membership
We support 4 different games for
members to play in. Each game has a
separate leadership called a Division
Star Wars
The Old Republic
Guild Wars 2 Elder Scrolls
Online
World of
Warcraft
The main team leading the entire community is the High Elder
and Elder Council. They guide the community through changes
based on the community’s needs.
Note: The names
displayed here are an
example, and may not
reflect the current
leadership
The High Elder
 The primary leader of
RoH
 Elected by the
community every 6
months
 Works with Elder Council
and their goals
Elder Council
 Chosen by High Elder
 Maintains peace and
justice within the
community
 Ensures Guild systems
are performing optimally
Each Division has leadership that’s focused on
the management of the players within that
game.
Note: The names
displayed here are an
example, and may not
reflect the current
leadership
The Division
Commander
 The “Guild master” of
their Division
 They manage the
players within their
game
 They’re chosen
through an election
Each Division has departments, which focus on certain aspects
of each game. Department Officers are in charge of their
department, and may select Assistants to help them with
management.
The Departments: Recruitment  PVE (Player vs Environment)
 Roleplay  PVP (Player vs Player)
 Seneschal or Crafting
Recruitment Dpt.
 In charge of new
players applying for
RoH
 The application process
is Division based,
which means you must
go through the trial
period for RoH within
Roleplay Dpt.
 Writes and regulates
storylines
 Creates and manages
roleplay events
 Tasked with
maintaining safe
roleplay within the
community
Seneschal / Crafting
Dpt.
 Manages the guild’s
crafting and resource
sharing
 Maintains Guild Hall
 Supports community’s
resources
 Manages Conquest
(SWTOR only)
Player vs Environment Dpt .
 Creates and maintains
guild events for PVE
content such as
dungeons
 Helps players improve
their skill and knowledge
of PVE
 Manages elite teams for
difficult content such as
ops, raids, and trials
Player vs Player Dpt.
 Creates and maintains
guild events for PVP
content within each
game, such as:
Battlegrounds, Arenas,
World vs World,
Warzones, and Cyrodiil
Siege Warfare
 Helps players improve
their skill and knowledge
In order to encourage overall community
interaction, we have Social Coordinators
that put together general Social events for
the guild that we host on our TeamSpeak
3 voice server
Our guild is big, long lasting, and community oriented.
Many of us have made life-long friendships and memories that
we will cherish forever.
This place is special to us, and we are open to sharing it with
you.
If you’re interested in applying, visit our website and begin the
process.
Our website and Recruitment Department will help lead you
through the application and trial period.
