Key Projects:

cabling on USS George Washington after a fire broke out en route to Japan.
Developed a method to provide an entire ship with temporary electrical power while contractors upgraded and
tested the ship’s generators and switchboards. Completed this project 4 different times on 4 different ships.
Managed the planning and execution of four $100-$185 million LSD Amphibious Mid-Life Upgrade projects for
the US Navy. This project included upgrading all engineering electrical operating systems, upgrading diesel
engines for compatibility with new generators, upgrading all air conditioning plants, weapons systems, guns,
radars, antennas, galleys and food services equipment, and berthing hotel facilities.

Key Achievements:
Reduced turn over failure rate by 90% by developing compartment completion plan that ensured quality
assurance and client satisfaction. Trained junior managers to utilize this completion plan.
Reduced labor costs by developing and implementing a work site logistic plan using MS Excel and PowerPoint
that provided the location and key support services for skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, the location of
