 Lead contractor performance assessment research and reviews; performs price and proposal
costs analysis.
 Provided consultation regarding contract management, assessment of contractor cost, schedule
and technical performance or program budget analysis and control, including coordination with
appropriate agencies.
 Conducted price and proposal costs analysis and coordinates with appropriate agencies on
technical evaluations.
 Performed independent research on statutes, applicable regulations, and directives.
 Provided creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current
developments in acquisition.
 Reviewed acquisition packages for adequacy and compliance with administrative, regulatory and

 Prior active duty Air Force member with a current and active Secret Security Clearance. Military
trained contract specialist; fully upgraded to the specialty code 6C051 (USAF Contracting).
 Responsible for full contract spectrum (cradle-to-grave) established and administered a wide
variety of contract types including but not limited to: IDIQ, Requirements, Firm Fixed Price, Cost
Reimbursable, Labor etc.
 Thoroughly experienced and knowledgeable of a multitude of contractual vehicles (e.g., GSA
Schedules, Government Wide Area Contracts (GWACs).
 Developed evaluation criteria to use in determining source selection and best value decisions
which include utilization of past performance, technical qualifications and cost and/or price.
 Procured and managed over $45M of construction contracts at Eglin Air Force Base for
demolition, asbestos, building renovations etc.; awarded $690K system valve upgrade; ensured
zero mission degradation.
 Procured and administered contracts valued at $3.4M+ for Army Special Operations, which were
critical assets to perform their mission at Duke Air Field, FL.
 Procured, administered and negotiated contracts valued at $9.2M+ for critical medical facility
support services for the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and Veteran Affairs.
 Conducted and coordinated fact-finding concerning major changes to PWSs; evaluates
