Focusing a Fresnel Being able to focus a light is a very important skill in the Production world. This is one of the primary tasks when setting up stage shows and lights in general. To focus a light we had to ascend the tallescope and move the rigged light in such a way that it filled the space with light to the lighting designers liking.
