From 2005 to 2015 I worked with Connie Knecht at Mad Will's Food Company in
Auburn California. I was the General manager and Connie worked for me as our
Customer Service Representative/Accounts Receivable supervisor. In this capacity, she
managed all aspects of the position. She was responsible for maintaining personal
contact with our Private label and co-pack customers. She dealt with sales, consumer
complaints and accounts receivable. She also recorded production manufacturing
information daily into our ERP system.
Connie is a motivated professional that was highly respected by her peers, management,
