EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT MANAGER CHUCK E CHEESE
MARCH 2012 – Oct.13,2016
Started as a security, then cashier, marketing & sales and eventually promoted to Assistant
Manager within five years of working in this establishment. This position allowed me to
become familiar with vendors and buyers. Familiar with inventory, food cost, closing/opening
the store. Engaging with kids & their families , while I coordinated special events . Head lead for
birthdays & fundraisers. In charge of field trips , spirit nights & sponsoring with other schools &
companies , in anything that related to kids. Customer service skills while working in a fast
paced environment while creating goals, ordering produce and food items, budgeting, time
management while working as a team. Many of those responsibilities started by maintaining
control of labor & sales. Manage an entire store alone, & put everyone into position.
Furthermore, as a manager I was in charge of inputting information. One of those tasks was
inventory; it was a massive use of QuickBooks. Maintain count accurate; compare yearly &
weekly sales to help the store build more profit. I also, was in charge of marketing, fundraisers &
birthdays. Moving forward, employee labor laws were learned & invoices were paid through the
computer as well. Microsoft word, Outlook, QuickBooks, was only the beginning of how many
things I had to input. As far as calling, I was always trying to get schools & returning customers
to come back & made most sales in 2015 for our district.

people around the world , & being introduced to new ways of speaking to a consumer. This

experience in various dispatching roles that require effective communication skills: Listening,
multitasking, prioritization and problem solving skills. Assure every guest’s request was met on
a timely & polite manner. Maintained continuous communication channels with supervisors and
workers to sort their work related issues and doubts. Receiving and dispatching work orders
quick & effectively. Prioritizing the guests requests & assuring all needs have been done .
Maintain a clutter-free work area. Speak with polite manner despite any situation. Inputting daily

radio . Dispatching police to any area that is considered out of our hands and directing them.
