Our company was built with only the tenant’s interest in mind. We do not represent Landlords in their com-
mercial leasing efforts to ensure that there is never a conflict of interest. When you work with our firm, you

owner will engage a leasing agent to procure new tenants, retain existing tenants, and keep the building oc-

Monitoring your construction as it progresses during any interior redesign,

Providing ongoing lease monitoring (notifying our clients of key dates and events in their lease)
