Responsibilities
ƒƒ Providing a strategic and tailored legal recruitment service to clients and candidates, utilising
extensive industry and recruitment knowledge to meet specific recruitment requirements across all
legal roles
ƒƒ Responsible for the end-to-end legal recruitment process utilising various proactive recruitment
methods – from contingency recruitment to executive search
ƒƒ Historic roles have included Employment Partner, Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Tax Associate,
Corporate & Commercial Associate and Real Estate Senior Associate

Employment Partner
A 10 years+ post-qualified Solicitor was required for this premier Scottish Firm. Strong contentious
and non-contentious employment law experience was a pre-requisite, along with a client following and
gravitas to develop new business.
Senior Legal Counsel
This leading oil service company in Aberdeen required a 7 years+ post qualified Solicitor with strong
commercial contracts, shipping, transport and construction experience.
Legal Tax Associate
A large Scottish Private Practice Firm required an Associate with 6 years+ post qualifying experience and
ideally be CTA Qualified with strong Corporate Tax knowledge.
Corporate & Commercial Associate
A medium sized Private Practice Firm required a qualified Lawyer with 5 years+ commercial property and
corporate experience to deal with SME’s to large corporate clients.
Real Estate Senior Associate
A leading commercial private practice firm in Edinburgh required a 7 years+ post qualified Solicitor with
an in depth knowledge of large scale commercial property development with experience of working with
land owners, developers and investors across a range of sectors.
Legal Counsel
Leading oil & gas operator in Aberdeen required an 8 years+ post qualified solicitor with experience in
all aspects of upstream oil and gas contracts including concessions, acquisition and disposal of assets,
farm-in / farm-outs and exploration and production rights.
