3. New Menu. All Units within Comidor
have been given a more logical
grouping.
Search for Apps. Users can search for
the unit or app they require using the
search box in the main menu. This will
automatically display all related results
and enables faster and easier
navigation.
Opened Units. Opened records are
grouped by opened Unit. Every record
can be closed without closing the Unit.
Favorites. Users are able to pin the
most frequently used Units for quick

Split screen. Preview every record,
adjust the size of the preview window,
hide sections in tables/records.
Tasks. Different style of buttons for

We are excited to share with you our new and redesigned Comidor v5.9. We have
improved the user experience (U.X.) focusing on the subtle details that make Comidor a
whole new experience.
The main search menu has been configured in a way that makes user navigation around
the different modules and features even easier and more straightforward than it was in
v5.8.

4. Title: Name of the contract entry.
Valid from/to: Time period during which the contract is valid.
Value: Exact value of the contract.
Contract: Whether there is a contract in place or not.
Active: State of the contract (Active or not Active) based on the validity period set.
Filter processes in Workbench according to their state.
Comidor v5.9 allows you to view contract information in each Account. This feature allows
for easier and more efficient monitoring of sales activities.
The Contract information fields that are displayed automatically in Accounts include:

5. PERSONNEL UNIT
Comidor v5.9 provides additional information fields in the Personnel tab:
Work History: provides insights on the positions held by the employee
Bank Accounts: holds details of the employee's bank accounts
Right to work from/to: indicates the time period during which the employee is given
permission to work. Reminders can be set to notify users of an impending end date.
Bradford factor: formula used to apply a weight factor on employee's unplanned absences
(e.g. sick leaves, emergence absence, etc.). The higher the factor the bigger the absence's
impact.

6. CONVERT DATA
WORKFLOWS
The Comidor Convert Data workflow component enables you to convert an excel
file that is stored in a binary field into a .csv format and store it in another field of
the workflow.

7. SENTIMENT ANALYSIS
Sentiment analysis is a process of text analysis and classification according to
opinions, attitudes and emotions expressed by writers.
Sentiment Analysis interprets and classifies emotions and attitudes
included in text e.g. emails received from customers. Data in a text field is
evaluated automatically and the sentiment is identified as being:

Cognitive Automation is capable of performing complex tasks that require extensive
human thinking and activities. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business Process Management

Comidor v5.9 now makes your workflows smart with Comidor Artificial Intelligence and
Machine Learning functionalities.
The result is saved to another text field and can be used to drive the
workflow path.

With Comidor Document Analyser Models, enterprises can scan documents such as invoices and
create digital copies. The text that is extracted from the document is saved in a text field and can be
used within any workflow.

10. APP BUILDER
Comidor offers the ability for non-developer users to easily create their own table or
report application in the App Builder. With v5.9 users can design apps by defining the
application type, Table Applications or Report Applications.
The Table Application type is selected at the start of the Application creation process. Create
tables with lists and run process-enabled or non process-enabled applications following the 9
steps below.

neat and clear by grouping User Fields.

With Comidor v5.9 users have the ability to define whether the users can export or print the
records of Applications.
Enable the Allow Print and Allow Export options in the App Builder
Click on the actions button of your App and choose whether you would like to
print or export the data in your table

15. APP BUILDER
Give dynamic access rights to App records by selecting Creator/Creator's Manager in
the Overview step.
Overview step - add a suffix value to a process reference
Overview step - add totals to up to 3 columns in the Summary Table. Visible fields in the
table will have totals displayed at the bottom of the column (applicable to numeric
fields only).
Applications can now be locked by the designer, so other users cannot edit anything in
the application. A respective message is displayed to inform which user has locked the
application.
WORKFLOWS
Specify an Activity within Workflow Tasks, so every time the workflow task is created it
will include this activity.
Add a Work Practice in Tasks and have it displayed in the business process guidelines.
Expiration duration of the token created by a workflow task email is extended from 2
to 7 days.
Delete a previously uploaded file in a binary field of a form.
Hide sections/section titles if the sections are empty.
Specify the number of digits that a numeric field can hold.
Define exchange rates and basic currency in cost calculations of workflow analytics.
This can be used in companies that use different currencies.
