2. Manage your tasks
Comidor is all about Task management and “Task” app offers a reliable
and transparent approach to personal task, work assignment and
multiple orders creation.
Open the “Tasks” application from the
applications menu.
Create a new task
This is the first screen of the tasks application. In the tasks unit, you can
monitor all your tasks, as history. Click the “New” button (+) to create a
new task.
This is the form of the task. Fill in the details.

3. Title: Give a short title for the task
To user: Select the user responsible for the task
(yourself, other user)
User group: Select the group that user belongs.
The team leader of the selected group can monitor the task in his
calendar
Task type: Select the type of the task (work, meeting, phone etc)
State: Select the current state of the task (Scheduled, Running,
Completed or Canceled)
Repeat task: Set a repetition for the task (every week, every month etc)
Task Relations: Relate the task with any other record inside Comidor
(accounts, contact, project etc)
Scheduled Date/Time: Define the date and time to perform the task
Click the “Save” button to save the task.
Monitor your tasks
Home screen – Infobox
Monitor your tasks in your infobox in
the “Tasks” area. In the
“Assignments” you can see the tasks
you assigned to other users.
Calendar
Monitor all the tasks (completed and pending) in your calendar.
