OUR BRAND
REPRESENTS:
Our eight core ideals have
defined, guided, and influenced
our company culture and have
led to our continued success.
We take pride in selecting
employees who embody
these characteristics and apply
them, not only in major
company decisions, but in
everyday tasks.

3. FREEDOM & INDEPENDENCE

5. COURAGE
6. SELFLESSNESS
7. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
8. PERFORMANCE
HOW DO I CONVEY
PASSION & ENTHUSIASM?
A positive and enthusiastic attitude is a
critical component to our success. This
principle is why we are known to provide
outstanding customer service to our
clients, resolve interpersonal conflict
effectively, and work productively as a
team. In everyday settings, we are
proactive, offer assistance and look for
ways to go above-and-beyond in our work.
This positive attitude helps us to cooperate
with co-workers and managers and
respond to constructive criticism with
the desire to improve. Each of us strives
to inspire our colleagues and business
partners with our tenacious thirst for
excellence. Each and every one of us acts
and is treated like we are our own business
owners; we see the value and impact our
choices and efforts have on the company.
Our employees want to be at work and
exhibit the drive to do whatever it takes
to get the job done.
You strive to listen, learn, and

“Greatambitionisthepassionofagreatcharacter.Thoseendowed

the principles which direct them.” – Napoleon Bonaparte
2. DECISIVENESS & ACCOUNTABILITY
HOW CAN I BE DECISIVE
AND ACCOUNTABLE?
In our independent work, we are empowered to
take ownership and aspire to produce results for
the success of the company as a whole. We value
and execute the ability to make objective, critical
decisions, regardless of limited means, time, or
difficult and demanding circumstances. Our
judicious view allows us to integrate our corporate
values and standards into every imperative decision.
Our accountability allows us to take responsibility
and confidently stand behind our decisions. In
holding ourselves accountable, we recognize there
is always room for improvement and that we can
always learn and grow from our mistakes.
By holding ourselves accountable individually, we
come together as a team to proactively share ideas,
inspire one another, and exhibit strength in our final
decisions.
You take ownership

DESIRED
OUTCOME
“Man must cease attributing his problems to his environment,
and learn again to exercise his will – his personal responsibility.”
– Albert Einstein
3. FREEDOM & INDEPENDENCE
HOW CAN I EMBODY
FREEDOM AND
INDEPENDENCE?
As a company, we strive to uphold an
atmosphere of freedom and independence.
This environment empowers us and
maintains a happier, more motivated and
committed team. Our autonomy avoids
micromanaging and creates a catalyst for
pride in development. The independence in
our workplace drives us to re-conceptualize
ideas to discover practical and more
innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
We offer flexible work schedules and time
off to reinforce the precedence we hold on
our employees’independence. We do not
measure ourselves by the number of late
evenings at work; we measure ourselves by
the quality and effectiveness of the work we
accomplish.
“For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in
a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.”
– Nelson Mandela
You do not need to be

priorities
You responsibly handle flextime

4. HONESTY
HOW CAN I BE HONEST? We encourage everyone to voice opinions,
offer ideas, and seek counsel to create an
atmosphere of openness and honesty.
Our management team operates an
open-door policy. We focus on always
being honest with ourselves and our
business partners. We admit mistakes
and accept responsibility to consistently
reinforce our high standards. These
fundamentals permit us to build and
develop trusting relationships both
internally and externally.
You honor the open-door policy
You are non-political when you
disagree with others
You accept responsibility
You are direct and respectful
“A‘No’uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a
‘Yes’merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble.”
– Mahatma Gandhi
5. COURAGE
HOW CAN I BE COURAGEOUS? We believe, along with recognizing and
confronting uncertainty, courage is crucial
to making the difficult yet necessary
decisions in the workplace. To resolve
pressing, difficult issues it is vital to be
courageous enough to have challenging
conversations with the appropriate
people to tackle any issue that may arise.
Furthermore, we exhibit courage by always
working to push boundaries because we
understand that the potential to produce
the most impacting results outweighs the
risk of failure.
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is
also what it takes to sit down and listen.”
– Winston Churchill
You confront uncertainty
You make the difficult and
correct decisions
You are willing to try something
new
You have faith in yourself and
others
6. SELFLESSNESS
HOW CAN I BE SELFLESS? We are not driven to succeed exclusively
for our own benefit. We are not motivated
to succeed solely to be the one to earn
credit. In truly caring about the greater
good of our company, we have the power
and passion to achieve monumental
results as a united front. We focus on
building relationships that will effectively
benefit the company, putting our own
personal agendas aside. We work with
the appropriate business partners to
execute strategies that accomplish mutual,
long-term goals, demonstrating our
commitment to these relationships,
despite personal ambitions. At the end of
the day, a Clickbooth employee’s ability to
consistently function with a team player
mindset is the root of our company’s
success and how we have grown to excel
in so many business ventures as a whole.

8. PERFORMANCE
HOW CAN I BE AN
OUTSTANDING PERFORMER?
We are constantly seeking new opportunities
to drive our company forward. We take pride
in exceeding expectations. With employees
embodying these values everyday, Clickbooth
has evolved into a company of outstanding
performers. This drive helps us generate
exceptional results for the mutual success of
our company and our business partners. We
believe our recognition as an industry leader
stems from the company culture that we have
built and our commitment to long-term, quality
partnerships.
“The only way to save the world is to save innovation. We are
going to be the company that empowers, the company that
creates markets based on performance and not oligarchy.
When anyone can be successful - everyone will be successful.”
–Erin Cigich
You are humble
You are modest
You can problem solve
You are open minded
You go above-and-beyond
While these characteristics are not
all-inclusive, they have shaped the
way we develop as a company.
In keeping our ideals at the
forefront of how we do business
and function as a company, we
have created a thriving culture
that supports the success of our
business partnerships.

ANDHARDWORK...
Most workers dread Mondays. At Clickbooth,
we make sure this is never the case. TGIM
is an effort to motivate our employees to
remain enthusiastic about coming to work.
The first Monday of every month, a CB team
shows up bright and early to make breakfast
for the entire CB Family. The tradition creates
team building as well as excitement about
the work week and and the potential
opportunities it holds for us as a company.

Field Day is an afternoon of sun,
fun, and friendly competition; an
event that truly showcases our
work hard, play hard lifestyle.
Teams are created at random
across every department. Prior to
Field Day, each team meets to
discuss top-secret strategies. From
Potato Sack Races and Giant Jenga,
to Tug-O-War and Dizzy Bat Relay
Races, every single team shows
up to play hard and work together
to take home a victory for their
favorite charity.

support of the victims of the Boston
Marathon Tragedy.

Afterwards, life returns to normal as they reminisce
about the bygone days of the battles. They talk about
the best shoot-outs, the epic sword fighting, and the
daily email updates byThe Commish. There’s one thing
they don’t talk about, that shadow hiding in the back
of their minds. Deep down they know, one day, when
they least expect it, an email will arrive bearing one
month’s notice and the rules for the next CBSniper.
CB Snipers
TRADITION
# 105
An email arrives in everyone’s inbox bearing one month’s notice and the newest set
of rules, followed by weekly reminders counting down. Taunting, teasing, and smack
talking lead to the inevitable visit by the Commissioner (“The Commish”), with their
target’s name. Over the next hour everyone prepares in their own way for the compe-
tition. Alliances are forged, and friendships are put on hold, because it’s about to get real up in
here. Each one holds out some small hope their name won’t appear in the daily“Butcher’s Bill”,
but they know deep down that the odds are stacked against them. Then it begins...
No one wants to be the first one killed, and by extension the subject of The Commish’s rid-
icule for the rest of the game. The sounds of running feet, plastic slides chambering round
after round, the pop of spring-loaded pneumatic pumps, battery powered motors revving up
to speed, and the sound of Nerf darts whizzing across the room fill the air. Slowly but surely,
more and more competitors shuffle, crestfallen to their desks, having felt the soft thud of Nerf.

  • 6. HOW DO I CONVEY PASSION & ENTHUSIASM? A positive and enthusiastic attitude is a critical component to our success. This principle is why we are known to provide outstanding customer service to our clients, resolve interpersonal conflict effectively, and work productively as a team. In everyday settings, we are proactive, offer assistance and look for ways to go above-and-beyond in our work. This positive attitude helps us to cooperate with co-workers and managers and respond to constructive criticism with the desire to improve. Each of us strives to inspire our colleagues and business partners with our tenacious thirst for excellence. Each and every one of us acts and is treated like we are our own business owners; we see the value and impact our choices and efforts have on the company. Our employees want to be at work and exhibit the drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done. You strive to listen, learn, and try new things You want to be at work and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done You go above-and-beyond with a“can-do”attitude You are always improving You inspire others with your thirst for excellence 1. PASSION & ENTHUSIASM “Greatambitionisthepassionofagreatcharacter.Thoseendowed with it may perform very good or very bad acts. All depends on the principles which direct them.” – Napoleon Bonaparte
  • 7. 2. DECISIVENESS & ACCOUNTABILITY HOW CAN I BE DECISIVE AND ACCOUNTABLE? In our independent work, we are empowered to take ownership and aspire to produce results for the success of the company as a whole. We value and execute the ability to make objective, critical decisions, regardless of limited means, time, or difficult and demanding circumstances. Our judicious view allows us to integrate our corporate values and standards into every imperative decision. Our accountability allows us to take responsibility and confidently stand behind our decisions. In holding ourselves accountable, we recognize there is always room for improvement and that we can always learn and grow from our mistakes. By holding ourselves accountable individually, we come together as a team to proactively share ideas, inspire one another, and exhibit strength in our final decisions. You take ownership You take initiative You stand by your work You use sound judgment to make decisions DESIRED OUTCOME “Man must cease attributing his problems to his environment, and learn again to exercise his will – his personal responsibility.” – Albert Einstein
  • 8. 3. FREEDOM & INDEPENDENCE HOW CAN I EMBODY FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE? As a company, we strive to uphold an atmosphere of freedom and independence. This environment empowers us and maintains a happier, more motivated and committed team. Our autonomy avoids micromanaging and creates a catalyst for pride in development. The independence in our workplace drives us to re-conceptualize ideas to discover practical and more innovative solutions to challenges that arise. We offer flexible work schedules and time off to reinforce the precedence we hold on our employees’independence. We do not measure ourselves by the number of late evenings at work; we measure ourselves by the quality and effectiveness of the work we accomplish. “For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.” – Nelson Mandela You do not need to be micromanaged You are transparent in your priorities You responsibly handle flextime You are efficient and effective You are empowered
  • 9. 4. HONESTY HOW CAN I BE HONEST? We encourage everyone to voice opinions, offer ideas, and seek counsel to create an atmosphere of openness and honesty. Our management team operates an open-door policy. We focus on always being honest with ourselves and our business partners. We admit mistakes and accept responsibility to consistently reinforce our high standards. These fundamentals permit us to build and develop trusting relationships both internally and externally. You honor the open-door policy You are non-political when you disagree with others You accept responsibility You are direct and respectful “A‘No’uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a ‘Yes’merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble.” – Mahatma Gandhi
  • 10. 5. COURAGE HOW CAN I BE COURAGEOUS? We believe, along with recognizing and confronting uncertainty, courage is crucial to making the difficult yet necessary decisions in the workplace. To resolve pressing, difficult issues it is vital to be courageous enough to have challenging conversations with the appropriate people to tackle any issue that may arise. Furthermore, we exhibit courage by always working to push boundaries because we understand that the potential to produce the most impacting results outweighs the risk of failure. “Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.” – Winston Churchill You confront uncertainty You make the difficult and correct decisions You are willing to try something new You have faith in yourself and others
  • 11. 6. SELFLESSNESS HOW CAN I BE SELFLESS? We are not driven to succeed exclusively for our own benefit. We are not motivated to succeed solely to be the one to earn credit. In truly caring about the greater good of our company, we have the power and passion to achieve monumental results as a united front. We focus on building relationships that will effectively benefit the company, putting our own personal agendas aside. We work with the appropriate business partners to execute strategies that accomplish mutual, long-term goals, demonstrating our commitment to these relationships, despite personal ambitions. • 16. Most workers dread Mondays. At Clickbooth, we make sure this is never the case. TGIM is an effort to motivate our employees to remain enthusiastic about coming to work. TRADITION # 74 FIELDDAY
  • 21. Congratulations to team Las Pelotas Del Fuego Rojo aka“The Red Balls of Fire,” Clickbooth’s 2013 Field Day Champions! This amazing team was proud to donate $2,500 to the American Red Cross in support of the victims of the Boston Marathon Tragedy. TRADITION # 74 FIELDDAY
  • 22. Afterwards, life returns to normal as they reminisce about the bygone days of the battles. They talk about the best shoot-outs, the epic sword fighting, and the daily email updates byThe Commish. There’s one thing they don’t talk about, that shadow hiding in the back of their minds. Deep down they know, one day, when they least expect it, an email will arrive bearing one month’s notice and the rules for the next CBSniper. CB Snipers TRADITION # 105 An email arrives in everyone’s inbox bearing one month’s notice and the newest set of rules, followed by weekly reminders counting down. Taunting, teasing, and smack talking lead to the inevitable visit by the Commissioner (“The Commish”), with their target’s name. Over the next hour everyone prepares in their own way for the compe- tition. Alliances are forged, and friendships are put on hold, because it’s about to get real up in here. Each one holds out some small hope their name won’t appear in the daily“Butcher’s Bill”, but they know deep down that the odds are stacked against them. Then it begins... No one wants to be the first one killed, and by extension the subject of The Commish’s rid- icule for the rest of the game. The sounds of running feet, plastic slides chambering round after round, the pop of spring-loaded pneumatic pumps, battery powered motors revving up to speed, and the sound of Nerf darts whizzing across the room fill the air. Slowly but surely, more and more competitors shuffle, crestfallen to their desks, having felt the soft thud of Nerf.
