● Believe it or not, Brian actually accelled
in basketball during his high school
years

hooked and felt like this was his
sanctuary

● Joined the Denver Strongest Man contest in 2005

● Later on in 2009 He competed in the Fortissimus where he
finished as the third strongest man on the planet at the time
● Wasn’t until 2011 where he one his first Strongest Man title
● Just recently in October, He competed in the World’s
Ultimate Strongman challenge
■ He finished second on what the looked like
some struggle that may have cost Shaw the win
