Entrepreneur, foodie and loving father. Raised on a Pennsylvania farm, I was schooled in the use of tools, in the care and
management of animals and crops, from an early age. In addition to farming, my parents ran a small real estate practice and I
assisted my father in all aspects of home repair and maintenance. After high school, I went on to earn two bachelor’s degrees,
serve eight years in the military, and was honorably discharged in 1992, a decorated NCO. From 1993 to 2006, I worked in
the field of Information Technology, later moving to Florida to assist in the care of my aging and widowed father.
