1. Routine professional responsibilities include fiscal strategy development
and budgeting, operational restructure toward optimal outcomes with
existing resources, networking with community members, hospital /
facility start-up, increasing quality standards while reducing cost,
committee chairperson, defining corporate objectives, policy / procedure
development, data analysis, and staff in-servicing.
2. Less routine responsibilities include starting new projects and overseeing
others toward successful completion. The newness of each project is a

care, dialysis, LTACH, and acute rehabilitation environments.
• Community outreach participation in major Healthcare System project
toward readmission prevention and aging population education.
• Measurement and policy development for ongoing compliance
indicators as mandated by regulatory agencies such as the Joint
Commission, State, and Certification for Acute Rehabilitation
Facilities (CARF).
• Track record of clinical policy creation and implementation as a result
of first hand quality monitoring and outcome measurement in diverse
settings.
