follow up calls at a 683 bed facility, which assisted Mississippi Baptist
Medical Center (MBMC) achieve the distinction of being awarded top

department manual highlighting over 40 essential functions and
implemented a successful training and coaching program with bi-weekly

• Created and implemented a new computer program that would collect
and accurately report data regarding patients that habitually gave
incorrect or disconnected phone numbers at admission, which assisted
our Vice President of Business Development increase post discharge
revenue collection.
• Consulted with Pharmacists on cost effective programs and protocols,
new prescription authorization policy and best practice surrounding
dispensing medication and through study trend data in reports to
