USE OF COMPANY EMAIL
SUGGESTIONS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS
SUMMARY OF SUGGESTIONS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS (Unedited Responses)
• Use GSuite for Education Capacitate faculty on online learning
• Do also a survey to our students..even if we the faculty are somewhat ready, perhaps the
students may have some issues...
• The university should help the faculty provide teaching materials if we have to adopt flexible
learning method.
• Need more assistance for the quality online education of our students. And Hoping that for the
next semester we can already teach our students face to face but strictly guided by the
protocols due to COVID-19 Pandemic
• Much better if faculty will have company emails because some open source requires company
email to freely access it.
• There should be an institutional e-mail once you entered the university so that the personal e-
mail will only be used for personal matters not with school matters and to attain systematic
way of answering those e-mails immediately. Furthermore, survey for students should also be
considered. Thanks
• Can we use the company email?
SUMMARY OF SUGGESTIONS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS (Unedited Responses)
• Please also conduct a survey for TAU students, their Parents and guardians and other
stakeholders regarding their preparedness for Flexible Learning
• We may consider a service provider to fastract our preparation for flexible learning
• Students might also be asked about their preferences or insights with regards to education in
the “new normal” so that we can fully assess and understand different contexts or at least
identify needs that needs to be urgently addressed before putting everything in place
• I suggest that TAU would also conduct a survey among students' readiness to these modes of
teaching since it has been the main issue raised by our students especially among those who
live in far flung areas and who belong to the less fortunate families. They should undergo
equally important seminars on how to use these modalities, too. As much as possible, may I
also request that the University shall decide on a uniform application that matches most if not
all students and teachers to use for us to avoid students from logging into different sites in
each subject that they take. As they usually complain, online instruction has been challenging
and difficult for those who don't have enough means to avail it. Thank you.
SUMMARY OF SUGGESTIONS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS (Unedited Responses)
• The educators and learners must have an engagement with their learning environment not only
in a manner that connects them to their prior knowledge but also they must utilize the use of
technological resources in an applicable and constructivist approach.
• Needs training / workshop
• Training on online IMD for faculty and a common system/platform to use for online classes e.g.
(Canvas to all classes).
• Similar survey must be conducted for the students and their parents so the policies that will be
created are informed by their contexts. The university may provide internet data allowance to
teachers if alternative modalities are chosen. A study on how much internet data is consumed
for online activities may be conducted. Training on how to create online videos may be
pursued. Above all, teachers' ademic freedom to decide what is best for the students must be
upheld.
• Training should be conducted for us to equip with flexible learning
• We should have isuues of laptop or sny other connectivity gadget

SUMMARY OF SUGGESTIONS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS (Unedited Responses)
• Schedule the conduct of Seminar/Webinar on Flexible Learning very soon first for those faculty
who will be teaching this midyear term.
• Available books/references online for teachers and students or the university should have an
online library where teachers and students can access books/references to be used in the
course.
• every student should have access to this mode of teaching-learning process
• Database for available ebooks that can be accessed by teacher and students as well.
• keep it up.
• Hands-on training not only on delivery but also on assessment and how to ensure that
assessment is valid inspite of distance.
