I submit this letter of recommendation for Christina Kleindienst I have had the
pleasure of knowing and working with Christina for more than 15 years. As a
former EVP Director of Creative Service at Arnold Worldwide, Christina worked
directly with me helping to organize a 200+ creative department. I am a fellow
alumni of Emerson College with Christina, which has allowed me to work closely
with her in diverse professional environments.
As a Manager for Creative Service, Christina was not only extremely efficient (a
requirement of the job, for sure), but her vision extends beyond basic problem
solving and task completion skills. She is that rare person who can see the long
view in even the smallest detail and coalesce all elements to not only enhance
each project experience, but also grow the company’s mission. Her ability to
think in ways both big and small are what made her an invaluable presence at
Arnold.
Equally important is her generous and humanitarian nature. Christina uses her
sensitivity and interpersonal skills to respect and consider each individual she
encounters including the ability to listen and communicate with every level of
employee and collaborator. She truly sees and hears the individual in front of her
and knows how to offer suggestions to build teams that work together for a
common purpose.
Finally, Christina is one person I have worked with that truly knows how to
connect people to ideas in ways that are fruitful and benevolent. She inspires and
motivates people. She is open, honest and extremely helpful. I cannot imagine a
