RoadLink SAFE – Service Center Activities
 Conduct Semi-Annual Safety Meetings – (May/June – November/December)
 Formal safety meeting led by Service Center Manager.
 Standardized Agenda, Training Topics and Theme developed and provided by RSM’s.
 Review location safety metrics, safety financial impact.
 Safety Meetings will take place at a local hotel/diner on a Saturday or Sunday with breakfast.
 Safety Bulletin Board
 RoadLink Safety Policy
 Daily Safety Message
 Safety Alerts
 Compliance Scorecard
 Safety Scorecard
 Days since last accident/injury
 Daily Safety Message
 Provided daily for you to print, post and distribute to all IC’s and RoadLink employees.
 Compliance – (Driver and Vehicular)
 Ensure and support 100% safety compliance.

RoadLink SAFE – Regional Safety Manager Activities
 Safety Meetings
 RSM’s will visit two (2) locations in assigned area
each month and conduct safety meetings.
 RSM’s will alter meetings between RTS and RWS.
 Training
 Provide relevant training:
• Hours of Service
• Defensive Driving
• HAZMAT Training
• Orientations
• Conduct random equipment inspections
 Safety Alerts
 Gather facts and jointly put together draft with SCM
in the event of an accident/injury.
 Distribute to all locations timely.
 Conduct Safety Assessments
 Conduct standardized safety audits (minimum two
(2) per month).
 Establish corrective action plans with SCM and AD.
 Oversee implementation and completion of safety
corrective action plans.
 Safety Scorecard
 Develop, maintain and manage monthly critical
safety success factors.
 Driver & Vehicle Compliance
 Monitor and assist SCM’s with all compliance items.

 Executive-level support and commitment for Safety
 Promote Safety as the #1 priority at RoadLink
 Chair Monthly Management Safety Review Calls
 Review Top 5 and Bottom 5 performing locations.
 Recognize locations achieving safety milestones.
 Participate in location safety meetings while traveling
 Reinforce the message of safety with all IC’s and employees.
 Discuss the importance of safety for RoadLink.
 Engage in all strategic initiatives related to the corporate safety program
