in the hope of profit.
An individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and
enjoying most of the rewards.

Perseverance / Intestinal Fortitude / Willpower
“Nothing in the World can take the place of persistence. Talent will
not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education
will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and
determination are omnipotent. The slogan ‘press on’ has solved and
always will solve the problems of the human race.” – U.S. President
Calvin Coolidge
“I'm convinced that about half of what separates successful
entrepreneurs from the nonsuccessful ones is pure perseverance.” –
Steve Jobs
9. Most Important Traits
Adaptable
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most
intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.” –
Charles Darwin
Why?
Because change is inevitable.
10. Most Important Traits
Reliable
Why?
Because you would be surprised how rare it actually
is in business. If you simply do what you say you will
stand out.
11. Most Important Traits
Humility
Why?
Because humility is the opposite of hubris (i.e.
excessive pride, arrogance), which causes a person
to not listen to others nor change course even when
it’s the right thing to do.
Because humility is about service.
