Goal: Introduce a doctor and his/her patient
 using new retinopathy technology to show
 how it works and the positive results that can
 be obtained
• Createofa initialof social media beginning with a YouTube
  video
            week
                   diagnosis using our camera


• Doctor and patient start blogging on their
experience providing their individual
perspectives on the technology and its
effectiveness.
Days 1-4
Day 1
Post to Youtube a video for doctors and patients of an initial diagnoses done
   with our camera and software
   Share video on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+
Day 2
Have a respected Ophthalmologist or Retinopathy Professional moderate a
  Google+ Hangout for anyone with questions about retinopathy
Day 3
Introduce and share the blog of a patient using all social media
Monitor and lead conversation on Facebook
Create a LinkedIn group on the topic of retinopathy
Day 4
Tweet technology updates; curate conversation on all social media
   implemented so far
Days 5-7
Day 5
    Focus on diabetes and ophthalmology blogs
   Add the VisionD Youtube video to health blogs like "PatientsLikeMe"
Day 6
Add a "Manage My Diabetes" application to the Facebook group
so users can share the application on their page which will help create
awareness and site traffic
Day 7
A discussion on LinkedIn will be moderated by a "famous"ophthalmologist or
   healthcare professional.
Expected Results
We should be able to attract both patients and doctors interested in learning
  more about retinopathy.
• Original content will draw in people doing research on the topic.
      o   Click-throughs to the company website should be at 25%


•   The Manage my Diabetes app will increase awareness of our
    company/product
      o   People with an interest in Diabetes will be connected to us and may
          then seek out additional information on retinopathy


•   We expect to see a 100% increase in downloads of the app
•   LinkedIn and Google+ discussions with at least 20 participants
•   1,000+ youtube views

Editorial content to engage audience Goal: Introduce a doctor and his/her patient using new retinopathy technology to show how it works and the positive results that can be obtained • Createofa initialof social media beginning with a YouTube video week diagnosis using our camera • Doctor and patient start blogging on their experience providing their individual perspectives on the technology and its effectiveness.

Days 1-4 Day 1 Post to Youtube a video for doctors and patients of an initial diagnoses done with our camera and software Share video on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ Day 2 Have a respected Ophthalmologist or Retinopathy Professional moderate a Google+ Hangout for anyone with questions about retinopathy Day 3 Introduce and share the blog of a patient using all social media Monitor and lead conversation on Facebook Create a LinkedIn group on the topic of retinopathy Day 4 Tweet technology updates; curate conversation on all social media implemented so far

Days 5-7 Day 5 Focus on diabetes and ophthalmology blogs Add the VisionD Youtube video to health blogs like "PatientsLikeMe" Day 6 Add a "Manage My Diabetes" application to the Facebook group so users can share the application on their page which will help create awareness and site traffic Day 7 A discussion on LinkedIn will be moderated by a "famous"ophthalmologist or healthcare professional.

Expected Results We should be able to attract both patients and doctors interested in learning more about retinopathy. • Original content will draw in people doing research on the topic. o Click-throughs to the company website should be at 25% • The Manage my Diabetes app will increase awareness of our company/product o People with an interest in Diabetes will be connected to us and may then seek out additional information on retinopathy • We expect to see a 100% increase in downloads of the app • LinkedIn and Google+ discussions with at least 20 participants • 1,000+ youtube views
