It can be very hard to deal with loss. Here are three ways to try and come to terms with loss. These are my personal ideas I came up with, after dealing with loss myself. Hope it helps

acception:
● Acception that they are gone
● Acception of how there will be no future between you
both
● Acception it was their time, and
they had done their work here on
earth whether you knew what it was
8. Te 2nd way you can begin to come to terms is hope:
● Hope that they are in a place where there is no pain
● Hope there is a better day coming as your loved one is
watching you and protecting you
● Hope that as each day passes
a part of you heals
9. Te 3rd way you can begin to come to terms is live:
● Live your best life for the both of you
● Live like there is no tomorrow
● Live, as you are still living. You know you can't take it
for granted now
10. As we continue our journey through life, we will
continue to experience loss. It may not be now,
but when the time comes for the spirit of death
to pass by...
