reliable. I have a friendly outgoing personality and work well with new people. I am seeking a position,
which will allow me to gain new skills and qualifications to expand my experience. I have skills and

West Lane Hospital
August 2013 - February 2015
Duties: Working in West Lane Children’s Hospital as a Bank Health Care Assistant. My
responsibilities involved supporting children on a one to one basis with the individual needs that they
used as coping methods. I observed and supported the children through the on-site schooling that was
provided, helping them with day to day tasks to be able to keep up with their school work and exams. I
escorted them on trips organised by the ward manager with other members of staff. Observing family
visits was another part of my job role ensuring that the visits where safe and suitable. I restrained on a
daily basis and used trained maneuver’s when needed as self-defense.
Roseberry Park Hospital
August 2013 - February 2015
Duties: My role as a Bank Health Care Assistant within Roseberry Park involved ensuring all patients
had the support and care they needed from one to one care to group activity sessions. Escorting patients
within the grounds and out of the grounds of the hospital on their daily leave plan. Monitoring patients
one to one and recording their daily activities and behavior. Observing patients in seclusion which
involved making a record of their physical and verbal actions throughout allocated time slots. I
monitored family visits and carried out searches on patients after returning to the ward from accessing
their leave. I restrained on a daily basis and used trained maneuver’s when needed as self-defense.

Duties: I attended Middlesbrough College where I studied towards my Level 3 in Health and Social
Care Studies. Whilst attending college I worked in Retail Customer Service in Primark.

Duties: Delivering excellent customer service to customers. I was allocated a certain section of the
store which I had to maintain at all times ensuring it was presentable for customer’s. I dealt with
deliveries which involved unpacking and re-stocking the shop floor.

Duties: I attended Middlesbrough College where I studied towards gaining my level 2 in Childcare.
After a year of completing the course I decided to change my course and went onto Health and Social
Care studies.

Duties: Working in retail which involved delivering excellent customer service skills, working on the
desk serving customer’s who were purchasing items, dealing and unpacking delivery and re-stocking
the shop floor on a daily basis. Also maintaining the shop floor at all times ensuring it was clean and

Duties: Studying towards a Level 2 in Business and Administration. My duties involved working on a
provided placement job role which involved myself doing basic office work in an administrative role.
Day to day office jobs including letter typing, photo coping, taking phone calls, arranging meetings and
dealing with customers on a day to day basis with any enquiries or complaints they might have had.

February 2008 - November 2008
Duties: Taking calls from costumers regarding their orders, and dealing with any problems or
complaints they may have over the telephone, also serving the counter and dealing with cash, making
sure that the shop was clean and presentable at all times. Helping to cash up at the end of the evening
and also dealt with banking at the local post office.
